    Home away from home

    We absolutely LOVED being here. The owner, Perry was so warm and welcoming. It really felt like we were old friends. The property is just gorgeous. Our suite was spacious and comfy, we slept really well in the bed too. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning and even helped decorate for Christmas! The pups were friendly and we were sad to leave. I actually think we're going to be missed too!

    Peaceful little piece of heaven, complete with hummingbirds!

    This bed and breakfast is a little piece of heaven. It's nestled in a beautiful and wooded area slightly northwest of Bartlesville, and the very last portion of the route takes you on a winding road set with trees on both sides. The owner, Perry, and his dog are very welcoming hosts. Perry told us the history of the lot and the B&B, and showed us the interior design of a couple of rooms. Each room is so unique, with ambience created through a careful curation of many little details, some vintage. At the same time, rooms are equipped with fans and light fixtures controlled by remotes, and engineering aspects have been thought through. We stayed in the NOLA room. :) Excellent choice, especially for those who have a soft spot for New Orleans! Each room has an extensive, atmospheric patio. Lots of hummingbirds buzzing back and forth from the feeder - up to 8!!!! at a time! Incredible fun to watch. Delicious breakfast. Lovely area outside the house, with a pond suitable for fishing, swimming, or hanging out on the deck under string lights. I really hope this bed-and-breakfast can stay open and continue to get bookings!

    Hidden treasure

    We loved this Inn. Great location close to Bartlesville and Dewey, tucked in a wooded setting surrounded by a beautiful lawn. It was quiet, peaceful, cozy and wonderfully decorated. Great breakfast too! Perry and his mom Mary Ann were great hosts.
