    Good room, let down by location + the host

    Well equipped room with nice design.

    This was a contact-free check in, which was not made clear before booking. The host sent us lots of messages on WhatsApp asking for information before we arrived which is frustrating whilst travelling. It was not made clear why this information was needed and we did not feel it was reasonable to be hassled for this before check-in. The address provided takes you to a nice tower block in the city but the property is actually down an alleyway beside this. The alley is winding and not nice - we were rudely ushered away by neighbours when we mistakenly went the wrong way. Later, we were woken by children shouting and playing football in the alley early in the morning, and could hear banging through the walls
