Exceptional hospitality, dog friendly and a beautiful setting
Beautiful location, great facilities and genuinely the kindest hosts we have ever had. We requested a late check in and they agreed without hesitation. Despite our late arrival, we were welcomed so warmly, with a lovely charcuterie board and drinks waiting for us in the fridge. They really go above and beyond to make you feel at home, whether it’s preparing a vegan breakfast or bringing us some of their own homegrown olive oil. We were even given a lovely thank you gift, and getting to meet their beautiful dog was a bonus. Our own dog had a great time too! It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. The hosts didn’t even ask for a review but it is the least we can do. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly and would absolutely love to return!

Rad,- Wanderurlaub an der Küste
Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, großzügig und hilfsbereit. Gaben gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. So eine Gastfreundschaft haben wir vorher noch nicht erlebt. Für Naturliebhaber ist die Lage ideal. Viel Ruhe und doch nicht weit weg von Izola, Koper und Piran. Toller Ausgangspunkt für schöne Radtouren. Durch Dörfer am Höhenrücken mit herrlichen Aussichten aufs Meer und auf der anderen Seite ins Landesinnere mit schönen Dörfern.

We enjoyed our visits with our host, JerneJ. We have had many stays throughout the world and have never had a more kind, accommodating, helpful host. He just bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and to make certain we had everything we could possibly need. We established a friendship and wish Jerne did not live on the other side of the world. The apartment was GREAT! We would head right back there if we were ever to visit Izola again.
