Apartment was spacious - great location for us, felt safe.

We feel we have been cheated with the very unclear description of the flat. It's 3 bedroom flat and I would never evef expected that flat wouldn't have had a kitchen where you can cook or a living room where you can relax all together. Beware ! This flat has only 3 bedrooms without a sitting room - so having leisurely time together where you sit and eat is out of question as there is no real kitchen. It's only a little bar where you have microwave, kettle and little fridge. It' doesn't make sense for us. You are booking a flat with the purpose of being able yo prepare a meal - breakfast for instance. Thanks to this downside we spent twice more money by being forced to have every meal at the restaurant The agency wasn't willing to cooperate to cancell or reduce the price of the booking knowing that we came for medical reason with our autistic child who should be on special diet. Also on the last day we have forgotten medication from the fridge - after calling the agency we found out that it was thrown to the bin
