Absolutely fine and good value.
Very clean. En suite shower room with bidet. Owner responded very quick to respond to messages and helpful. Kettle in room and tea bags! Coffee machine in outer hall. Short walk to train station. About 20 minute walk into old town along one very straight road. Nice café MAST directly opposite for coffee and cornetto (croissant) only €3.
The area looks a bit rough BUT is actually fine, there is graffiti on the walls of the nearby buildings which seemed odd to me.
