    Tolle Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen . Grosse Dachterrasse zum verweilen, zusätzlich noch ein Balkon. Moderne offene Wohnweise mit schönen Accessoires. Ideal ist der Aufzug zum 4 Stock. Die City wäre fußläufig gut erreichbar. Supermarkt sowie Bäcker sind quasi um die Ecke. Meine amerikanische Familie war sehr zufrieden mit ihrem Appartement..

    Wunderschöne helle, ruhige, modern eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage

    Die Lage ist super. In 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in ebenso in der Innenstadt wie an der Mathildenhöhe. 2 Bäcker direkt um die Ecke, Rewe 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Nette Lokale rund um den Riegerplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen hell und freundlich, modern eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Waschmaschine inklusive Trockner ist praktisch für längere Aufenthalte. Großes Bad. Wer das Arbeitszimmer als Schlafzimmer nutzen will, hat dort keinen Kleiderschrank (wir haben nur das wunderschöne Hauptschlafzimmer unterm Dach genutzt, daher war das für uns kein Thema). Parken in der Innenstadt ist bekanntlich schwierig (rund um die Wohnung gibt es nur Anwohnerparken und Parken gegen Gebühr). Aber nur 350 m entfernt, findet man jede Menge kostenloser Parkplätze (5 Minuten zu Fuß).

    Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat eine tolle Dachterrasse. Leider lässt sich die Tür zur Terrasse nicht abdunkeln. Wir haben uns Schlafmasken besorgt. Damit war das kein Problem.
