We had great recommendations and the staff was super helpful and asked if we needed anything. The location was great as it was close to the pub and a short drive to the grocery store. We also had to cut our trip short and Joanne was able to work out a partial refund. We will definitely stay here again!

It was ok but probably wouldn't return
It was warm and comfy.
It was a little tired and dated. No toilet roll provided so after a long journey I had to go into chesterfield to find a supermarket, not a great start

The stay was just what we needed 😊, very good .
Great location, great facilities and very nicely furnished 😊
Obviously pets can be accommodated but if you don’t have pets , you don’t expect to have to clean up dog hair 😔but this was the only issue .

Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful stay at Barlow Country Club - Mill Farm Cottages. The location is peaceful, the cottage was spotless upon arrival. The living area was so cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the bed was very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to couples looking for a quiet escape with easy access to fishing lakes or spectacular views of Peak District.
No detachable shower head makes it difficult to keep the bathtub clean.
