Awful meant to be celebrating my birthday and my mums loss
Nothing was awful
We have been coming here for the last 3 years I celebrate my birthday and my mums 3 years without her ! We arrived and was given caravan 21 we paid for a superior caravan and it was not it was a basic one The weather was not really good and when we tried to put the heating on it was saying a fault l2 I had to walk in the wind and rain to reception to report it then to have a my husband had managed to get it on !ground worker come he came in and said there are two types of boilers and you have the rubbish one We unpacked and tried to enjoy the rest of our holiday but then the second night the boiler went off again we were freezing we thought it had come back on and went to bed woke up freezing eventually rung the out of hours at 7.15 am and said someone was coming out ! A out of worker from reception came and said she was trying to see what the problem was as there was person coming to fix it from welshpool and won’t be here until at least 9.30 am -10.00am we were freezing and decided to leave and go home ! Went to reception and the manager said well things break and we are doing are best to get it fixed they never offered another caravan or any support my whole holiday has been spoiled and will never go there again we would like to have some money back for the 2 nights we lost please

Great location
The caravan was spacious and clean. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and has a great playground for the children. We can recommend Nineteen 57 for a decent meal. (We didn't try the Fish shop on site).

Short break great price.
Right near the beach which is always a bonus.Lovely clean caravan which had had new carpets and curtains.Everything you needed in the kitchen too.
Lack of cushions on the living area where we sat every night.Would have been good to have a small coffee table in that area to save having to lean over to place cups of teas in the kitchen area.Also needed an 8ndoir mat by the door so as not to spkil tge inside of the caravan when it had been raining.
