Amazing location and management.
The location was incredible. Very central. The service was amazing. So friendly, responsive and caring. Our first night, we couldn't sleep as it was a very busy weekend and the noise from the street was unbearable so when we complained, they immediately arranged for us to have a unit on a higher floor, which was much nicer and quieter.
On a very busy street and our first unit didn't feel like it had ever been stayed in before, we found out later that it was a new rental, the second one was much better.

Super, 5 * appartment in a Palazzo, original features, well located, clean and spacious. We travelled as a couple and enjoy the space. Everything you need with restaurants and supermarket nearby. Top notch, much better for us than a hotel.
