Recommended, a great base for exploring Rye and the surrounding area
Lovely accommodation in a great countryside location. Friendly and welcoming host, made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent 👍

Fabulous stay in idyllic location
Quiet location overlooking garden & fields yet only 10 minutes from Rye. Jo very welcoming & attentive. So many personal touches to make our stay very comfortable e.g fresh flowers in bedroom, tray with selection of hot drinks & cookie jar in bedroom, exceptional soft towels in bathroom, candle in lounge, mini fridge with fresh milk for hot drinks. Breakfast was provided in the lounge every morning & included extensive choice of cereals, fruit juices & yogurts as well as a cooked breakfast with toast and fresh coffee & tea. Everything was as you would hope for when you stay away from home and we would love to return.

An excellent stay at an excellent well furnished property all managed efficiently by an excellent friendly host.
Clean,comfortable,spacious,excellent breakfasts and ideally located for access to Le Shuttle at Folkestone. We stopped 3 nights and explored the surrounding area. ( Rye nature reserve, Battle and Hastings old town.
