Electric current consumption (upon counter) with charge CHF 0.80 / KWH. With charge weekly cleaning of the apartment CHF 490 and changeover bedlinen/towels CHF 280. The indoor swimming pool is closed from October 1, 2025 until May 31, 2026. It's only accepted for Children aged from age of 8 years to use the pool under adult supervision. Open until September 30th. Please note that use of (PKW /VAN ) will incur an additional charge of PKW CHF 15/day - CHF 30/day "Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. Amazing and romantic location
Our stay at Villa Barony Le Pergole Lugano was an exquisite moment spent with friends. The location of the property overlooking the lake and the architecture of this marvelous property immediately caused a sensation. The welcome by the owner of the place provided us with useful information to have the best stay. The rooms are pleasantly furnished, with a breathtaking view of the lake, not overlooked, and very peaceful. The bedding is perfect and nothing is missing and if necessary, you can contact the owner who responds or even comes if necessary. The very friendly welcome meant that we enjoyed this unforgettable stay and were able to organize superb days in the surrounding area, even a panoramic helicopter tour from Lake Como as well as a private walk on Lake Como in water limousine from Menaggio. We are thinking of returning in 2025 as we enjoyed this villa so much.

Extra ordinary great stay
The location, the Villa is vintage and very beautiful and well equipped, the host is very co operative , there is good car park and extr ordinary view over the lake
It’s dark at night the outside area with No enough lightening , the plants need to be cut because some of it obstructing the view and on the way up also it is hitting the car from above since we have big car
