    Lokalizacja perfekcyjna. Pokój ładny, czysty. Smaczne śniadanie z karty.

    Troche zamieszanie przy zameldowaniu. Lekki chaos. O 16:00 pokój jeszcze nie gotowy, dziewczyny z restauracji śmieją się, rozmawiają ze sobą a ja stoję z rzeczami i zastanawiam się o co chodzi. Potem juz jak pokój byl gotowy to zaprowadziły nas tam rozmawiając I śmiejąc się między sobą. Troche czułam sie jak intruz a nie jak gość. Dojście do pokoju w starej kamienicy przez podwórko, potrzeba chwili,żeby się w tym połapać. Generalnie wszystko ok,ale podejście obsługi trochę dziwne.

    The location was in city center, very clean, the bed is super comfortable.

    We had a few minor things that could be improved: - When we arrived, we went to the restaurant reception and received the key, so everything was goodso far. However, when we tried to find our room (we had the studio), it took us about 15 minutes to figure out where to go with our luggage. There were no instructions in the automated message we received or signs in the hallways, and we ended up checking both buildings before finding our room. Of course, we could have gone back to reception and asked for directions, but I think a few signs or arrows would make it much easier for guests to find their rooms. - The room was quite warm, and there was no AC. Since we only stayed for one night, it was manageable. - when I made the reservation, I had to add the debit card, so I assumed that we will be charged online. But in the morning after our breakfast, we payed our stay there, in the restaurant. No big deal for us but I didn’t check my account to see if the amount was withdrawed, so it is good that we didn’t walked away without paying. 😅 Overall, these were just minor inconveniences, and we still enjoyed our stay.
