There was 1000 gnats in the room and no hot water all day

Although the room wasn’t cleaned on a regular basis, we loved our stay. Beautiful locations and the rooms were as described. It was quiet season so I understand there was work being done on the property but more routine room cleaning would have been nice, for example, every other day. The employees were pleasant and helpful. Loved Paola who always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We will be back.

I was looking for a home away from home. Mom‘s places is as close as it gets to a wholesome, calm environment with access to everything you may need. I frequent Jamaica often and stayed in many guest houses in many hotels. I’ve even rented from locals and I will say that Mom‘s place exceeds my expectations. I will be returning every time I come to Jamaica. The price is right and the vibes are memorable. Like waking up to smooth jazz in the morning on the beach.

This unique family owned resort sits right on the edge of the 7 mile beach. Services and accommodations were perfect for what I was looking for. Very economical owners on the property daily and very inviting. Love the fact they secured the area during the night and throughout the day. My room was clean and spacious for 2 with my own bathroom. They serve continental breakfast in the morning. Wish there was a better internet connection, open kitchen and bar for lunch and dinner, but overall it was a great stay!
