Beautiful estate with panoramic views from the "Tasting Shed." Our accommodation (Vineyard Cottage) was very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Thanks to Liné and staff for the excellent service on-site.
We didn't like the fact that the rooms aren't flooded with light and that you don't have the great view directly from the terrace. Some towels smelled musty and ought to be replaced.

Bartinney Cellars Visit with kids and grandparents
Our short stay at Bartinney was perfect! I was looking for a place to rest and relax after our 24hrs of travel from the US before setting off on safari. Stellenbosch and Bartinney hit the spot! It was so relaxing and peaceful! We enjoyed our wine tastings and so many other vineyards a short drive away to spend the day. The staff were all wonderful and they made sure to check in multiple times on how our stay was going and ask if we needed anything. The house was charming and had the perfect patio for morning coffees and evening wines. We would definitely be back to another visit if we find ourselves travelling back this way! We traveled with kids and grandparents. Everyone enjoyed their stay!
No complaints other than maybe would be nice to have a restaurant on site for meals. But, we got groceries to prepare meals and ate out. So, not a deal breaker by any means!

Schönes Zimmer. Wir haben eine extra Heizung für den Abend bekommen. Die Lage des Weingutes ist traumhaft.
Wie soll man Wasser sparen wenn immer noch 2 Wasserhähne am Waschbecken sind?
