The location is fantastic with everything within walking distance. View was very good.
Bed was very uncomfortable with no quilt cover, just a sheet. No lamps provided, not even next to the bed. Very limited supplies in the kitchen, the pot/frying pan were very used and scratched. Having to leave the sliding door open while using the toaster or cooking created a cold room, no sun on the side facing the pool.

Lauren was helpful and the venue was convenient.
No instructions on how to use the two TV remote controls. It appeared I couldn’t even watch channel 9 without signing up to yet another app. I did not realise from the booking site that the room was inside the Mantra hotel. It would have been simpler to just book into the hotel itself but I was trying to avoid that hotel.
