The apartment is comfortable and well laid out: one enclosed bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen, and a half-wall dividing a second bedroom. Ideal for 3–4 people, and someone extra could sleep on the living room sofa. It's equipped for cooking. Wi-Fi is strong enough to stream without issues. The host was helpful and responsive with any questions.
The location is the main drawback, depending on who's staying and when. On Friday and Saturday nights there's a club around the corner, and the noise from people shouting can be disturbing until 6am. The rest of the week was very quiet. I wouldn't stay on San Martín street again, which is a shame because the apartment itself is great.
