We had a fantastic stay at the basement studio in San Bartolomé de Tirajana from Friday 11th September to Sunday 13th September. My partner lives in Gran Canaria, and I was visiting to celebrate his birthday, so finding somewhere comfortable and welcoming was really important to us and this place absolutely delivered. The studio was fantastic: clean, beautifully maintained and had everything we could have needed. The TV had English channels, Netflix and other apps, the Wi-Fi was great, and the air conditioning worked really well. There were also lots of lovely little touches that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, including complimentary water, biscuits and crisps. The kitchen was well equipped with all the basics, including washing-up supplies, towels, oils and condiments, as well as an air fryer. The bathroom was spotless and had a great shower with shampoo provided. But the real highlight was our host, Henry. He was absolutely incredible friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. For my partner's birthday, Henry even offered us the use of the hot tub on Saturday evening so we could enjoy the sunset. Our plans changed and my mother-in-law and my partner's brother ended up joining us, and Henry was incredibly accommodating when we asked if they could come along too. He provided music, towels and complimentary drinks, and the whole experience was fantastic. The hot tub was amazing, and my mother-in-law especially loved it! It's clear that Henry takes great pride in looking after his guests and making sure they have a great experience. Those personal touches really made our stay memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Gran Canaria. Thank you so much, Henry, for helping make my partner's birthday so special!
