We spent a wonderful holiday here as a family of four. The flat was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The owner was great to deal with- very responsive and helpful. Among the important items not mentioned in the description were a coffee machine (moka), a microwave, an iron and a standing clothes dryer. A well-maintained garden is surrounded by tall shrubs, which ensure plenty of privacy and peace and quiet. There was always somewhere to park right by the house, or a dozen or so metres away. Excellent location, with quick access to the town centre and the motorway. There’s also a bus stop right next door, and within a 10-minute walk there are several restaurants and a small but well-stocked shop. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There’s also a municipal children’s playground nearby.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the very first day, Stefano made us feel incredibly welcome. He is an exceptionally kind, caring, and helpful host who genuinely cares about his guests and is always ready to help with anything. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located. It had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. You can really see the attention to detail and the effort put into making guests feel at home. Honestly, I wouldn't change a thing. If I had to suggest one tiny improvement, it would only be adding a small shelf in the shower for shampoo and shower gel. That's literally the only thing we missed. A useful tip for future guests: the coffee machine is compatible with Nespresso capsules, so if you're a coffee lover, you may want to bring your favorite ones. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!
