Based on local tax laws, all Argentine citizens (and foreigners residing in the country) must pay an additional 21% VAT. Only foreigners who pay for their stay with a foreign credit card will be exempt from paying the additional 21% VAT on accommodations and breakfast. To do this, they must present a foreign passport or identity document together with a document issued by the national immigration authorities, if applicable. The swimming pool and parking are located within the 2-hectare accommodations about 262 feet from the main building (mansion). Only foreigners who pay by credit card, debit card or foreign bank transfer are exempt from this 21%. Please note that this accommodations is registered as a provider of the Pre Trip Program (Programa Previaje) of the Argentinian Ministry of Tourism and Sports (CUIT: 30717244792). Check-in is virtual (it is sent to the guests’ email 48 hours before arrival, and 24 hours before arrival we contact them again if they have not completed it). A deposit may be required at the property.
