    It was in a great location and did not take long to go to center or the campus in the north. It has a lot of space and a supermarket next to it.

    I got the wrong code for the padlock to retrieve the keys. Without the cleaning personal being around knowing the code, I would have been stuck outside. That was not a good experience. Inside there were many mosquites, some of them squished on the walls. There was a little bit of mold on one wall of the bathroom, which was not much but enough for me to feel a bit icky. There was no washing maschine for my clothes (as far as I can tell). And finally, while this is appealing to some people, I did not like that kichten, livingroom and bedroom were connected without doors. But this is a matter of taste, others will love it.

    Alles sehr sauber, kostenloser Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage mit Zugang direkt unter der Wohnung. Zur Info: Das Gebäude ist in einem Neubaugebiet und selbst noch sehr neu, drum herum wird gerade (Oktober 2025) auch noch viel gebaut. Das direkte Viertel ist dadurch nicht sehr schön, aber das Gebäude wirkt sehr sicher. 5 Minuten entfernt ist ein Bus mit dem man ca. 20 Minuten ins Zentrum braucht oder 40 Minuten zu Fuß. Es handelt sich um ein 1-Zimmer-Apparment bei dem der Schlaf- und Wohnzimmerbereich durch einen Schrank getrennt werden. Der Durchgang ist offen. Ideal für 2 Personen.

    Kleinigkeit: Die Wohnung ist zwar alleine auf dem Stockwerk und man hört den Lärm von draußen garnicht. Dafür ist die Dusche aber sehr laut im Schlafbereich zu hören.
