    Basics could improve

    I was confused by the general photos and thought there was a shared kitchen that guests could use. Because I have a special diet, I usually prepare most of my meals, especially breakfast, hence I only choose accommodations with a shared kitchen. I was mistaken - the kitchen was actually part of one of the rooms. The manager kindly provided a kettle in my room during my stay so I could make my own coffee.”

    There’s nowhere in the hotel where we can get a coffee or even water, not even a place to fill up our water bottles. There was also nothing indicating whether the tap water in the bathroom was safe to drink. They would make their customers much happier by providing a free coffee and water station in the hotel or in the rooms
