    We chose this place for the washer, unfortunately it didn’t work.

    Clean and comfortable.

    The washer would not work and property management was not helpful. The key lockbox was broken so we could not get in. It took about 45 minutes to get help to get in.

    We arrived late in the evening after a long journey and could not open the key lockbox to access our apartment. This quickly became a stressful situation, and we started to panic. We called the property, but nobody answered. Fortunately, we tried the same code at the door next to ours, and it opened. At that point, we were unsure whether we were entering the correct apartment, but we did not want to spend the night outside because we could not access the apartment specified in the instructions. The property only replied the following day. The kitchen equipment was disappointing. There were no proper bowls—only very shallow dishes, approximately 1 cm deep. Can those really be considered bowls? There was also only one knife, which was so blunt that we could barely cut anything. We had hoped to use the washing machine, but access required us to stay at the apartment and wait. Since we left early in the morning and only returned around 6 p.m., we were unable to use this advertised facility. Even the toilet paper was poor quality: extremely thin and almost transparent. Overall, the stressful check-in, lack of timely communication and inadequate basic amenities made our stay disappointing.
