    Not pleasant

    The property had potential and provided us with a base for our stay. Location is great and apartment is very spacious. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to concerns about cleanliness and the condition of the apartment.

    Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant issue during our stay. Fruit flies were present from the moment we arrived on Tuesday, including all over the red sofa, throughout the lounge area and around the front door, particularly near the table to the left of the entrance. We had contacted owner after our stay to simply point out this issue and were met with negative response basically accusing us of being the reason fruit flies were present in apartment. We disagree with the suggestion that the flies were caused by rubbish accumulating in the bins during our stay, as they were already present upon arrival. We also found the apartment to be in a less than satisfactory condition, including visible mould on the inside of the curtains in the upstairs en-suite bathroom. This was disappointing and not what we expected from accommodation that should have been properly cleaned and checked before guests arrived. Overall, the cleanliness issues affected our experience, and we feel these concerns should be addressed to ensure future guests receive the standard of accommodation they expect. We will not return in future and wouldn't recommend this accommodation to others as there is plenty to choose from in Bath.

    Superb location and fabulous rooftop terrace. Apartment was very comfortable and clean, kitchen was well equipped

    The location was excellent, 7 minutes walk to town and to the Royal Crescent. Parking at Charlotte Street was 10 minutes walk and plentiful. Rooftop terrace was very special. Clean, comfortable and well equipped

    one bathroom is en-suite leaving one between everyone else and it is downstairs.

    Best value for money for our stay in Bath. Great location and loads of room for 3 couples. We ate out but the kitchen ha

    With 3 couples this property was perfect. Great location and very warm and comfortable. Will definitely use this property again in the future. The roof terrace was wonderful but could be a bit of a challenge for older folk to get out to as it’s not a full size door.

    Nothing wrong with the property but there are a lot of stairs so if you have mobility issues be warned.
