    Great base for walking around Skeggy. Highly recommend.

    Lovely place in an excellent location. Walking distance to everything in Skegness including the beach and places to eat. Driveway parking an absolute bonus. Comfy bed. Hosts went above and beyond posting something I had left behind back to me.

    WiFi not great for the TV, but I don't go on holiday to watch telly, so not remotely bothered.

    Excellent value, quiet and comfy.

    An excellent location in a quiet residential area. Pub 2mins away and 5/10mins into town. Plenty of space with a good size bedroom and comfy louge area. We liked we could park off road.

    There were areas that needed a bit of TLC. A bit of a Halloween theme which was fine but not expected from the pictures.
