    With a bit more attention to detail, this property has the potential to be great.

    Lovely big space with plenty of room to spread out. Big windows with plenty of natural light. A cot was provided for our baby. When we addressed some of the issues we had (chiefly, the lack of breakfast) at check-out, they were understanding and did reduce the price for us.

    We were only told the day before arriving that we would not be receiving a cooked breakfast. We have traveled extensively around the UK, and the main reason we book the accommodations that we do is for the breakfast. Instead, we were left 10 eggs (for three mornings, two adults and an 18 month-old), a loaf of white bread, milk, butter, and jam. The two available pans to cook eggs in were non-stick pans that were very badly scratched, making them unsafe for use. Also, my husband is allergic to eggs. (We're used to getting a full English where he has lots to eat beyond eggs.) When I immediately responded to this message asking whether there would be additional options for my husband, I never received any response. We ended up just buying breakfast. We were also told, 'No worries what time you arrive; the property will be open for you.' Based on this, we assumed that it would be ready at any time, including before the stated 3:00 check-in time; otherwise, why say 'no worries what time you arrive'? Bearing this in mind, we arrived at about 1:30 so that we could put our baby down for his usual nap. The property was not ready at this time, as the cleaning staff had not yet been there.

    Large space, warm and comfortable beds. Seeing the horses and chickens

    Needed better pans frying pan and utensils
