I liked the size of the room and the amenities

I didn't have any towels in my room I rang for help but didn't receive the towels until late that night and I had a meeting to attend ended up using one of my t shirts to dry myself

    Dirty

    Room was comfortable and spacious

Was like a flop house. Self service breakfast food was dropped off but nothing was ever cleaned up. Benches dirty, floors dirty, dishwasher wasn’t emptied the whole time we were there. No coffee for breakfast as coffee pods didn’t fit coffee machine and not even instant as an option. Staff contacted but did not respond to concerns until 2 days later when leaving. Wouldn’t stay again.
