    Absolutely satisfied! Exceptional value for money, perfectly clean. A fully equipped kitchen. Ms. Heidi was a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome. The shower and toilet are integrated directly within the bedroom itself. While this is a bit of a compromise, it was completely fine for us and fully functional. Perfect if you have a car and are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. It’s simple and cozy rather than luxurious, but perfect for a peaceful stay.

    The accomodation was fair for the price. The owner greeted us upon arrival and provided the keys in person. The location of the accomodation is amazing.

    The rooms were equipped strangely, there was no soap or dishwashing liquid anywhere, our only option would have been to us the dishwasher machine which seemed overkill as we only had a couple of dishes to clean. Also the owner informed us quite late that there will be an additional 10 euro tourism tax fee that we needed to pay in cash. This caused a bit of an inconvenience as we did not have cash prepared as we did not know it would be needed as we already payed in advance.

    Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

    Die Lage des Bauernhof ist etwas oberhalb der Landesstrasse, die ins Waldviertel führt bzw. südlich nach Ybbs. Von Ybbs beträgt die Distanz rund 10 Kilometer. Das Haus ist überaus ruhig gelegen und bei unbedecktem Himmel eröffnet sich buchstäblich ein Sternenmeer. Das Apartment ist recht klein, hat aber alles, was es für einen Kurzurlaub oder auch für mehrere Tage nötig ist. Die Räume sind sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. die Nasszelle mit Dusche ist klein, aber zweckmässig. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein separates Klo. Am Hof werden auch selbstgemachte Marmelade, Fruchtsäfte und Schnäpse angeboten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr angenehm und zudienlich. Wir können das Apartment auch für Kleinfamilien empfehlen, die auf dem Bauernhof alles finden, was es zuhause vielleicht nicht gibt.
