Would stay there again.
I left early in the morning, so I missed the breakfast. The bed was comfortable enough. The price was great, we walked to dinner in the area.
Out bathroom floor was dirty, bits of bandages on the floor that blended in with the tiles.

Stayed here 50 years ago on a school trip! It’s still a great little motel !
Breakfast wasn’t too bad .. not Gourmet but good enough to get me started for the day!

There were no outside trash cans available anyway. Especially annoying to try to dispose of dog poop bags.

Very familiar, I have stayed here many times for decades.
Not like it used to be: used to have china coffee cups, actual glass water glasses, the entire site used to be immaculately maintained. The office was always open, staff were always dressed - neckties or nice dresses. The motel felt like home. My room was missing one of the pieces of wall art - only the bare hooks remained. The office was closed when I tried to check-out - not open until after 8am. Most concerning by far: without my knowledge a $100 charge - evidently a security deposit - was added to my credit card - not a hold, an actual charge that my credit card company informed me had been ‘approved’ - I only found out about this charge, when after checking in I received notification of the room charge and this second $100 charge. At the time of this writing, five (5) days after my stay/check-out, I have yet to see this charge returned/credited to my card.
