Peaceful surrounded by nature, just a very short drive into town.
Our favorite thing about this place was the location on the canal. We traveled across many states and landed in New Orleans after spending a few days there and being very overstimulated with people and noises and crowds we were looking for somewhere secluded surrounded by nature water and peace and we found all of those things. The kitchen had all the basic necessities that we needed to prepare food, the bathroom did have a few basic necessities like shampoo conditioner and body wash in a wall-mounted dispenser, which if I'm being honest normally I wouldn't have used but the airline lost our luggage and so I was glad to have something available to use on short notice until we were able to buy something. The star of the show here in my opinion is the location on the canal. The covered and screened-in back deck was a nice perk to sit out in the warm sunshine but still have some privacy and protection was great. Walking down the stairs to the dock area and just sitting enjoying the peace was wonderful. My husband met a friendly neighbor who was kind enough to let us borrow some fishing gear cuz the stuff we brought wasn't cutting it and we had a good time taking out the kayak on the water and fishing from the dock and from the water. The area felt very safe and secluded enough that even though there were neighbors we had plenty of peace and quiet. Oh ya and the hot tub was a major bonus!! We used it every night. The downtown area was so cute too just enough restaurants and shopping to feel like you got to go do something and see something, lots of cute antiques shops. Food was yum everywhere we went. The beach is actually quite beautiful if you've never been to a Mississippi beach they are surprisingly lovely.
Really no major complaints we did feel that the beds were just a tiny bit on the firm / stiff side I think they are probably memory foam type but definitely on the firmer side. We were still able to sleep comfortably though.

If you are looking for a relaxing, charming getaway, this is it. The location was perfect—quiet enough to truly unwind, but close enough to local shops and beaches that we never felt isolated.

Very peaceful. Cozy feel. Definitely worth the stay.
The Hot tub was a nice touch. As well as the fishing poles and Kayak’s.
The grill was pretty dirty so I couldn’t use it.

It was horrible
Nice house
They lied about the service elevator, and were very casual about the fact it was advertised and yet there was not one. They didn’t see any need to refund some of my money due to this
