    Cosy and well equipped. Good amount of living space. Safe enclosed garden for the dog.

    Getting in and out of the garage was tricky, due to amount of parked cars on the road and the entrance being tight for turning. We were also blocked in by the neighbours daughter who had gone to a funeral. The carpet in the lounge was dirty and needs a clean/smells strongly of dog. The cleanliness overall could have been better, lots of cobwebs everywhere, hairs in chest of drawers and bath. Skirting in the bathroom was dirty. Shower had black mould growing all over the tiles and around the tray. I had to bleach and scrub this due to family member having a respiratory condition triggered by black mould. Mattresses very hard, not very comfortable.

    Excellent stay. Brixham is a very vibrant place with lots of places to eat and drink.

    Excellent facilities and clean

    Even though we used the garage which was very good, one of the parties cars was marked whilst parked on the road. Parking can be a problem as the roads are steep and narrow everywhere.

    We had a great time in a lovely property which for us was very convenient to the town

    The cottage is stunning and immaculate Access was easy and convenient

    Neighbours opposite aren’t considerate when parking in the narrow street so getting into the garage was awkward The road up to the property is quite steep as you head up from the main road so could be challenging for guests wishing to walk back from the town

    Very impressed, first timer at a Airbnb and was very pleasantly surprised.

    Lovely location although the weather want great. Ate at Esca for breakfast and was amazing. Will be returning again this year.

    More time to explore!
