  Very well-equipped house, with a wonderful view and the sea so close by. The staff (Boris) were very kind, and whenever we needed anything, he was always happy to help. At the café next to the supermarket, you can only pay in cash.

  "Eigentlich" tolles Haus

  wir waren 10 Nächte als Gruppe (4 Erwachsene, ein Kind und ein Hund). Wir haben die Zeit echt richtig genoßen. Das Haus bietet jede Menge Platz zum Wohlfühlen, zum Alleine sein aber auch fürs gemütliche Zusammensitze. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und wir bekamen auch eine frühere Check-In Zeit. Marin war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und hat nach besten Wissen und Gewissen versucht die Dinge so rasch wie möglich zu lösen. Am 5. Tag wurde der Jacuzzi repariert und konnte wieder benutzt werden. Der Urlaub ging weiter und Alles war wunderbar. Wir haben uns auf eine kleine Preisreduktion wegen der Unannehmlichkeiten geeinigt und jeder war damit einverstanden.

  Leider wurde uns zu Beginn mitgeteilt, dass der Jacuzzi defekt ist und sie sich um eine rasche Reparatur kümmern. Auch das Gas in der Outdoorküche war leer und musste erst angeschafft werden. Auf Grund von geringem Regen und einem etwas komplexes Reinigungssystem im Pool, war der eher trüb und fraglich ob sich Algen bilden. Alles kein Problem, wir waren ja schließlich im Urlaub und hatten keinen Stress. Am 5. Tag kam leider einges an Deckenputz runter und lag im Bett und Boden verstreut - Grund dafür war eine undichte Stelle im Dach. Zuhause angekommen hatten wir mehrmals Kontakt mit Marin bzgl Rücküberweisung der Preisreduktion. Leider bekamen wir nach der Bekanntgabe der Kontodaten keine Rückmeldung mehr. Weder via WhatsApp noch über Booking.com Es ist sehr schade, weil das Haus echt toll ist und wir wieder kommen wollten. Hinterlässt leider einen sehr bitteren Geschmack.

  We stayed at this villa for 6 nights, from August 1st to August 7th. Perhaps other guests have been luckier, but we unfortunately have to admit that it was a very poor choice for our vacation. It started on the day of our arrival: the water in the pool didn't look ideal; it was murky (and it remained that way), but the manager assured us that the parameters were good and the water was safe for swimming. Secondly, in the largest and most beautiful bedroom, orange-tinted water was dripping from the ceiling directly into the bathtub. Because of this, we were never able to use that room. During our stay, the manager came with a repairman to fix the leak. They did something, but it didn't help—the water continued to drip. Thirdly, in that same bedroom, the furniture in the shower began to detach from the wall. We simply stopped using that room altogether. On the third day of our stay, something happened to the pool—it started overflowing water into the adjacent olive grove. At that moment, while my husband and I were relaxing in the jacuzzi, a crowd of people ran onto the property, shouting and running around. This frightened us greatly and caused significant discomfort. It turned out to be the owner and family members who had run over to save the pool and the grove. They pumped water out of the pool, promising to fix everything the next day. However, the pool was not repaired before our departure. Furthermore, people were constantly lurking on the villa's grounds, endlessly checking something. We felt very uncomfortable. Our vacation was disrupted. There was no sense of personal privacy. We didn't want to ruin our vacation further with arguments, so we tried to find positive moments and went to the sea more often. But for the money we paid, it was not worth it. The manager made a very positive impression and seemed like a decent and kind person. He offered us compensation, which we agreed to, promising to send us the money within 14 days.
