Does not meet 5-star expectations.
Clean room, nice view and friendly staff.
- Very slow Wifi - Old, squeaky bed and poor-quality bedding. - Only one outlet in the room, none beside the bed. - Very old Jacuzzi; stop button malfunctioned. - Poor room lighting: only one harsh central chandelier, which is partly broken; no bedside lights. - Old curtains that don’t fully close. - Electricity went out twice within a few hours; TV and AC had to be restarted manually. - Dirty pool with leaves and insects. - Only one tiny toilet-roll for two guests; no extra. - Had to request basic amenities such as slippers and toothbrushes. - Poor-quality hangers and impractical closet. - Noise from the corridor and third floor. - Reception was unattended on arrival. - Staff were using the guest elevator with a trolley of leftover breakfast food, creating a very poor first impression.
