Comfortable, cozy and clean on the inside. Great location.
Modern cozy kitchen, updated bathrooms. Comfortable beds. A great location.
Overflowing trash bin in the front of the house, and all trash & recycling receptacles were full in the back of the house. Lack of a quick response from management. And the outside dining area had broken steps leading up to it that are in need of repair.

Disappointed
Location
Upon arrival at BayTree Cottage we were immediately aware that the lovely period property we view online and booked was not a “non smoking/smoke free” property as promised. The smoke smell was overwhelming. In the short time, we were there a member of our party had an asthma attack. Fortunately, she had medication with her. We reached out to bookings and our host immediately before exiting the property. We informed them we could not stay as the conditions of the property was unhealthy. We were received a message of apology, but regarding any type of refund due to the poor conditions, we’ve heard nothing. Fortunately, we were able to find last minute accommodations in the neighboring village. And we were most grateful for that.

The interior of the house was very tasteful. The bathrooms had hand soap, shower gel and shampoo for free use. The garden was beautiful to sit in. You really find everything you need in the equipment of the house.
The only thing that would've made our stay more perfect would be a hand shower in the lower bathroom, but we would absolutely recommend this beautiful cottage.
