Great stay, location of good, quiet and peaceful. Spotlessly clean, so friendly and a great breakfast.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Location is perfect for shops, restaurants and train station. Fantastic couple called Cleo and Leigh they put their heart and soul into their business. Everything is spotless and clean. Breakfast is amazing they will accommodate your needs if any allergies and dislikes. Quiet area so slept well. Fresh milk, tea selection, hot chocolate and coffee in the room. Along with a chocolate biscuit topped up everyday. The fridge has some beers, wines and gin if you want to purchase them to drink in the room. I would definitely recommend the Bay Tree for mature couples and friends, business and solo travellers.
