    A lovely stay in a great location. Recommended.

    Very clean, comfortable and well equipped and in a great location.

    Takes a bit of effort carrying luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor, but ok if prepared for it.

    Bay View - with assist

    Room and facilities ok

    It's essential that room 4 is marked as unsuitable for elderly and people with mobility issues. It caused problems getting luggage to room and everyday to descend and ascend 50 steps. Opening of windows a trial and views would be improved with aid of periscope. It is essential that parking permits are sufficient for length of stay.

    Sea view but the windows were very high up as we were in the loft, lots of stairs to room.
