    This is a beautiful property and in a great location. It was so comfy and homely. Lovely little extra s. The hot tub was such a bonus especially after a day of exploring. Loved the extra touches of towels, gowns and flip flops. A lot of thought has gone into this property and the stay. We loved waking up and seeing rabbits in the garden. You can see the sea from the bedroom window. You can walk down to the cliffs and there are steps down to the sea or a short walk to the land train into Bridlington during the season. There was a lovely eatery next door with delicious food! The owners were responsive.

    Everything about this house is perfect and delightful. The only wish would be an earlier check in but we appreciate it must be a task to turn the house around for the next guests.

    Amazing! We absolutely loved the property. We were kept up to date when the property was ready. The property was clean,

    Stunning property. Clean, luxury furnishings. Perfect location- two pubs, the beach- what more could you want! It feels like a home rather than a holiday let.

    Only that it didn’t have a dishwasher but I am looking for fault. It is just beautiful.

    A lovely, happy, family holiday but definitely not long enough so we will definitely come back for a longer stay next ti

    It’s beautiful and in a fantastic setting. It is very close to the model village (well worth a visit) and the little train into Bridlington. Immaculately clean everywhere. A lovely peaceful garden, large enough for Smite with shaded and sunny areas. The kitchen is well fitted out, with a large oven, perfect for family dinners. The sitting rooms are spacious and designed for relaxing after a long day. The bedrooms are fabulous and spacious. We also really appreciated the hamper which included fruit - very welcome after a long journey, and alcohol treats for the adults. To summarise this feels like a real home, not a normal holiday home, with many little touches which make your stay very special.
