    I love the location. Also, the customer service is pretty good. As a English person, they can communicate with me well. The room is pretty clean and silent

    Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren bequem, das Frühstück war gut und auch die Lage des Hotels hat uns gefallen. Zudem gibt es gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.

    Während des Frühstücks konnten wir beobachten, wie eine Mitarbeiterin des Frühstücksservices mit der blossen Hand ins Rührei griff und dieses direkt ass. Anschliessend fasste sie mit derselben Hand die Brötchen an. Aus hygienischer Sicht fanden wir dieses Verhalten sehr bedenklich.
