チェックインの時は、笑顔で感じが良い女性スタッフ2人(1人は日本語が話せる)が対応してくれて、階段を大きいスーツケースを運ぶのを親切に手伝ってくれました。セイフティボックスがエラー表示が出て使えない事に対して、スーツケースを運んでくれた女性のスタッフさんが、翌日一生懸命に対応してくださり、リクエストに応えてくれました。ありがとうございました！エレベーターがないので荷物が大きいと不便ですが、立地も良くて部屋は清潔で広く、快適な滞在ができました。

I had a room without windows right behind the reception desk. Perhaps this is the room that people get via Expedia’s lowest price, but there was no mention of the condition in the room description at booking. The room also had a slight damp smell and was setup in a very compact arrangement that barely worked. The room was generally clean however and the service at reception was courteous and helpful. Best thing about the hotel is its convenient location near Taipei Main Station and within the interesting narrow streets with small eateries and shops. Good for one night’s stay.
