    unstaffed hotel and low service

    Below average. The first thing you see when you get to the front door of the Baymont in in Glenwood is a confusing array of posters saying "use other door" and "We are understaffed....". And then you realize that there is no lobby and you have to go to the adjacent diner to register. There you learn that there is no free breakfast. The hotel is contracted to Railroad employees and has an abandoned feel. Average room
