slippery shower and bad fall without concern or action by management (at least thus far)
the tub/shower was extremely slippery. i fell just turning in the shower and struck my right (dominant) arm hard against the tub. I had severe right arm pain and now severe arm and right neck whiplash pain. i went to the front desk on 10/16 and told the woman working at desk that I fell in the slippery shower and asked for a shower mat. she said they didn't have shower mats and didn't offer anything more. i have called and left a message for the manager requesting my stay be refunded or at least partially refunded.

Worst ever by far.
The location was convenient. Nice sized room.
When we showed up we were notified that there was no hot water but they assumed it had just run out (randomly at 11pm). Got to the room and the door wouldn’t open. The front desk had a hack to get it open, but once we got in it was evident that the room hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests, so we had to move to a different floor. They didn’t contact a plumber until the next day, so we had to take freezing cold showers in the morning. It was a bit gross knowing breakfast staff were unable to wash their hands with hot water to prepare food. Worst of all, I called to talk to the manager three times and was told she would call me back, but she never did. Very disappointing that she was unwilling to even have a conversation about the nightmare of a stay we had. We certainly won’t be returning.

It was good but could be improved.
Close to our event. The breakfast was hot and good.
The carpets both in our room and hallways were in bad need of cleaning and repair or replacing. It never looked this shabby when Mike was the manager there.

The location was great and staff was nice. I didn't eat breakfast, only grabbed a pastry on my way out, but it looked like a nice variety was offered and everything looked good.
I would have given a better overall rating, but when I entered my room I noticed there was a huge stain on the carpet inside in front of the door and then another one between the 2 queen beds. It kinda freaked me out, and due to the stains it made me uncomfortable and also wonder if the bed linens had been changed and were clean.
