    Disappointing stay due to poor room cleanliness.

    Checking in process was quick. The lady working the reception was so kind. She gave us information and times for the pool and breakfast.

    The cleanliness of our room was disappointing. Although it wasn’t cluttered, we saw roaches, and several areas needed more thorough cleaning. The bathroom, especially the bathtub and shower, was dirty and had visible hard water stains. The kitchenette was also poorly maintained. The mini refrigerator was dirty and had buildup, and the coffee maker contained dust and small debris. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations for cleanliness.
