    Excellent and happy to recommend it

    Very comfortable with everything I needed plus some complimentary extras. Great location with a short walk to Jetty Road and also the beach. Communication re check in and out was great.

    The outside of the building isn’t very attractive but once inside that didn’t matter.

    Very disappointing service

    Location

    On arrival, the door was challenging to locate due to the screen door. The bed was dirty, the complimentary welcome pack was some water, tea bags and coffee (should be standard!) the fridge needed defrosting, the shower floor became very slippery when wet causing me to almost fall over. There was also a used blister plaster on the bed side table. Neighbours were very noisy with loud TV until 0230 most nights. I must have had 20 or so e-mails throughout the day discussing the condition of the apartment with various excuses. When discussion came about compensation for the dirty bed, blister plaster etc, this was not entertained. The following morning they had the audacity to message again to ask how my day was going. I requested no further contact from that point onwards.

    There should be more signs of the property

    Location

    There was no signs at the front of the property took us forever to find number 32 because 32 was covered by the door screen. There should be more signs.

    Check the finer details

    The room was very comfortable

    It was on the 1st floor. We did not know this until we arrived. This information was not provided on the website. It's not a Studio, it's a revamped room that is located upstairs. Not good for a husband on crutches. No lift.
