    Eher enttäuschend

    Ich war geschäftlich im Baytop Living of Guangzhou Drimin House Hotel und mein Aufenthalt war insgesamt leider nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Ein Grund für die Wahl des Hotels war unter anderem das Fitnessstudio. Leider war der Crosstrainer während meines gesamten zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts defekt und wurde in dieser Zeit nicht repariert. Obwohl ich mehrmals darauf hingewiesen habe. Außerdem wurde ein kostenloser Shuttle-Service zur Canton Fair beworben. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass dieser nur während der Phase 1 verfügbar war. Für die Phase 2 wurde mir stattdessen ein Taxi angeboten, allerdings lediglich für einen einzigen Tag. Das entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen an das angekündigte Angebot und erschwerte die tägliche Anreise zur Messe. Zusätzlich rochen zwei unserer drei gebuchten Zimmer bei der Ankunft stark nach Zigarettenrauch, sodass wir einen Zimmerwechsel veranlassen mussten. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, allerdings haben die genannten Punkte das Gesamterlebnis deutlich beeinträchtigt. Insbesondere bei der Kommunikation der angebotenen Leistungen sowie bei der Zimmerqualität sehe ich Verbesserungspotenzial – gerade für Geschäftsreisende, die sich auf die beschriebenen Services verlassen.

    Clean bed. Staff are super helpful. Genuinely nice.

    So many room styles. Not suitable for people who can't climb staircases.
