    Great value, location and staff

    This is an older property however we were very happy with everything. The self contained 2 bedroom unit was well appointed, spacious and had lots of windows with views in many directions. Check in was easy and parking a breeze under the building. We didn't have a chance to use the pool however we are booked to stay again next April, so we are looking forward to having more time next visit. The location is excellent and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Abbey was wonderful, very helpful and kept us updated via email and text messages.

    When the lift arrives at floor level it drops a small amount before the brake is applied. Its ok once you ride in it a few times but gave me a small fright the first time.

    Very bad, the picture does not match the reality.

    The photos of this hotel are completely different from what it actually looks like in reality. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They even provided an extremely small TV, and the air-conditioning system was also in terrible condition. I would absolutely never stay here again. The sofa in the living room was extremely dirty — we didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on it. The bed and bed sheets in the bedroom were not clean either. Everything was very old, poorly maintained, and honestly disgusting. I strongly recommend that the hotel improve these issues immediately and stop misleading customers with photos that do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property.
