Unprofessional, unethical, and completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs!

Unbelievable and deeply unethical!  I booked a room 3 months in advance and even messaged them back then with my flight arrival time, which they explicitly confirmed. Yet, they canceled my reservation out of nowhere without any prior notice at 2pm on my check-in day, while I was already at the airport. When I called, they simply passed the buck to Booking.com, claiming it was a system overbooking issue. Claiming they 'didn't know' on the day of check-in after having confirmed my booking months ago is a total lie. Unprofessional, unethical, and completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs!
