Strongly NOT recommended – poor contact, terrible condition, and lacking basic hygiene!
The location was okay, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay.
I strongly advise against staying here. We had a terrible experience for several reasons: Parking & Communication: Finding a parking spot around 10:30 AM was next to impossible. The host ignored our phone calls, and on WhatsApp, we only received useless auto-replies. I only managed to get inside because I guessed how the bot works – if I hadn't texted the keyword "PIN", the machine wouldn't have given us the key code. Apartment Condition: The place is in a state of disrepair. Many cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom simply do not close, and the armchair is completely torn (photo attached). Safety hazards: The bar stools are extremely wobbly and genuinely dangerous to use (the footrest is held together by only 2 out of 4 required screws, barely tightened by hand). Facilities: There is only ONE electrical outlet in the kitchen. To use the microwave, coffee machine, or kettle, you have to constantly move them and swap plugs. The TV remote is falling apart, and the tap water smells strongly of chlorine. Cleanliness: Absolutely unacceptable. One of the pillows had a dried drool stain, and one of the towels had a large brown stain on it (photos attached). The Setup: This is not a real hotel. It’s just one regular flat cheaply divided into two tiny units sharing a single hallway, offering zero privacy. Overall, I definitely do not recommend it. You can find much better and cleaner options in Split for this price!

Lako preuzimanje ključeva, komunikacija s vlasnikom dobra i jednostavna. Lokacija odlična. Jako čisto i lijepo. Krevet jako udoban.

El secador nos encantó. La cocina muy equipada y una decoración bonita. Es un apartamento cómodo para una noche.
Las camas no eran muy cómodas, hacían ruido al moverse uno. Los taburetes de la cocina estaban rotos. No había pastillas para lavavajillas.
