Amazing Gothic District location
The location is perfect. Very close to shops, restaurants, grocery, and ice cream shops. Beautiful area in the Gothic District. Apartment is very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The beds are so comfortable with nice pillows and extra blankets. It feels cozy and we were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the bathroom. Nice tile and glass shower. Soft towels, soap and shampoo provided. Very clean. There are a few channels offered in English on the TV. Local tour bus pick up points are just a few blocks away. Harbor is also very close. Cobblestone streets and older architecture surround the area. We felt very safe while exploring this area. $28 US to the cruise port. $55 US to the airport. The outside patio is private and enjoyable with chairs. There is unfortunately no view from the patio due to the privacy fencing. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to Barcelona.
The lift is very small. Two person max. One person if taking large suitcases up. It was a bit challenging to arrange picking up the keys because we struggled to understand the directions given. We wanted to use the washer & dryer but we didn't know how to operate it? Its a combo unit and we are not familiar with operating that type of unit.

Spacious and clean apartment centrally located
Great location in the centre with all facilities in proximity but quiet because it is located on the third floor. Metro is only 1 minute walk. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people. Airconditioning works great, even in summer. The dishwasher and washing machine were a bonus during the stay. All together i would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and stay here again!
Be aware that there is no self check-in and a late check-in fee up to €30. We needed to sign a 2 page rental contract at arrival. Cleaning staff rang the doorbell at 9.30h while the check-out was at 11.00h.

Great location. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent internet and air conditioning.
The bathroom was very noisy due to the technical equipment next to the apartment. Perhaps because of the hot weather.
