    Podobało mi się wykończenie mieszkania, czystość, dbałość o szczegóły i kontakt z gospodarzem

    Nie podobało mi się to czego nie da się zmienić - mieszkanie ulokowane jest na parterze pomiędzy lokalami usługowymi co utrudnia otwieranie a nawet uchylanie okien ze względu na prywatność i np dym. Od strony podwórka też nie jest za przyjemnie, bo to ściany wylotowe z restauracji. Wyobrażam sobie, że gdyby nie to, biorąc pod uwagę jakość wszystkiego innego, cena byłaby dużo wyższa.

    Good

    The interior design was current and fresh. The amenities were nice.

    The rooms were not very soundproof, and you could hear outside noise more than expected. The property is also located behind restaurants, so there was noticeable noise and cooking smells coming from the restaurant kitchens, which affected the overall comfort. The curtains were poorly fitted and looked untidy throughout the property, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. They were also too long, and the curtains at the entrance were noticeably dirty along the bottom. The area immediately outside the property also felt quite disorganized, with several old and deteriorating cars parked around the premises. This further took away from the overall appearance and atmosphere of the property.
