  Большая квартира и шикарное расположение. Отличный санузел и душ. Огромная терраса со столом и видом на море. Пляж в 5 мин ходьбы. Необходимая техника. Казалось бы что ещё надо?... но!!!...

  1. Только одна нормальная двуспальная кровать. Больше спальных мест нет!!! Убитый горбатый диван в гостинной и в другой спальне - что-то просто ужасное: в одну кучу сложены 4-5 обосцаных матраса, разных размеров, которые разваливаются даже если просто присесть на них Утром после сна на этих матрасах, жену обсыпало красными прыщами, может аллергия, а может клещи или блохи покусали ... не уверен. Подушки - ужасные, какая-то тряпка засунутая в наволочку, на которой ещё наверно Архимед спал. Вообщем из 5 человек - спало только 2. 2. На кухне поломанные шуфлядки в которых грязные вилки и ложки, с прилипшими кусками еды, чайник с толстой чёрной накипью, даже не белой. Первые пол-дня потратили чтобы всё это отмыть. Один тупой нож и одна убитая порезанная сковорода, которые по звонку хотя бы поменяли. В морозилке - сугроб снега. 3. Одни часы на всю квартиру и в них нет батарейки. На часах всё время пол-шестого, как вечное напоминание о старости. Пишу такой отзыв для того, чтобы хозяин отключил жадность и просто исправил всё это, ибо обидно что такая большая и красивая квартира превращается в большую и красивую какашку!

  The apartment is nice and the location is ideal. The terrace is indeed very large and cozy. Some basic kitchen utensils are missing. The bathroom and toilet were not cleaned very well. The main downside is the parking. It is extremely narrow and there are not enough spaces. We had a very difficult time parking. The owner confirmed that we were parked properly and that we would not be in anyone’s way, but two hours later we found our car with the windshield wipers lifted up. There is a paid parking lot about 200 meters away, so we moved our car there to have some peace of mind.

  Good stay, but the apartment could offer better value for the price.

  The apartment is spacious and well located, within walking distance of the city centre and Rapsani Beach. It was relatively clean, and communication with the property manager was quick and easy.

  The price is high considering the amenities. Well decorated, but some basic items are missing, such as a dish rack, microwave, the bed in one of the bedrooms does not match the photos — it is actually a sofa bed with mattresses on top. Free parking in the underground parking area was advertised as included, but finding an available parking space was a matter of luck. Parking in the surrounding area is also quite difficult. There was also a problem with the bathroom drain on the first evening. We were told that the problem would be fixed the next day, but after insisting by our side, it was resolved within an hour. The same issue appears to have been mentioned by previous guests, but no action had been taken to fix it.

  Disappointing experience – great location, but needs improvement

  Unfortunately, our experience was not a pleasant one. We were unable to use the shower because the water would not drain properly, causing the bathroom to turn into a real swimming pool. We reported the problem on the very first evening, but unfortunately, it was not fixed during our entire four-day stay. The kitchen also had serious hygiene issues, and we did not feel comfortable using the utensils. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee capsules were provided. The apartment is spacious and centrally located, but it definitely needs improvements and better maintenance.

  Fine, plenty of room, great balcony, overall ok

  The apartment is large and impressing

  Cleanliness was rather ok, very tricky way to get the keys, felt more like an exit-room experience, the apartment slightly smells like an old ladies home.
