    Adorei o hotel... Localização 1000!!! O pessoal da recepção bem atenciosos e quarto super confortavel.

    L’emplacement à quelques pas du métro et place Rossio. La réception et toute l’équipe de l’hôtel très accueillant. Les petites attentions : pastel, eau, Un hôtel très accueillant

    Excelente!

    O hotel superou as minhas expectativas: quarto amplo, confortável e muito limpo. Funcionários muito simpáticos e receptivos, fomos recebidos com vinho do porto e pastel de nata, tudo ótimo! O hotel está muito bem localizado, pertinho da Praça do Comércio, com muitas opções de restaurantes e transporte. Uma ótima descoberta e seguro que voltarei!

    Ficamos no quarto ao lado do depósito do hotel e, às 7h da manhã, já ouvimos barulho, mas nada que atrapalhasse a experiência.

    Good location. Surprisingly quiet. Clean. Helpful staff.

    Was told by email prior to arrival I could leave luggage for a few days and then when I went to do so was told this was not possible. Made for a very difficult trip to Porto and back.
